1. Services

Deco Dreamzz provides decoration and event styling services. All bookings and orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
• Remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of the event.
• Prices may vary depending on customization requests.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions), Deco Dreamzz may reschedule or provide credit for future use.

4. Use of Website

• Content on this website (images, text, design) is owned by Deco Dreamzz. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• Users must not attempt to misuse, copy, or resell any part of our website.

5. Liability

• Deco Dreamzz is not responsible for delays due to external vendors, weather, or factors beyond control.
• We are not liable for damages caused by mishandling of decorations after setup.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian laws, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
